Not sure if this is related to your problem, but you have 2 TMP dirs configured. The first one, $(CATEMP) is correct. The second one \\camspc\PLUMBER\tmp\ should be removed from your configuration. The system should never give you access to the second one, but I'd get rid of it nevertheless.
