C32 Compile - Long File Name

File name greater than 8 characters is handled differently in C16 & C32, in C32 it is truncated.

The EXCP error box does not have as much information as the old one that we know and love for the last twenty odd years ( its closer to thirty I think).
Eg E11 file not found, does not give the file name. ETc.
