Did you update the license by using the "Update Licenses" option while the Security Server was running? If so, there was a problem that could have caused this that was corrected in version 9.03 Server release. If I am correct about who you are, you recently were issued a certificate for Comet 2009 but are running Comet 2006 and very old server versions. The quick solution to your problem is to log everyone out of Comet and restart the security server. If you do have licenses for newer versions of Comet I would recommend updating both the workstation and server software.
