399 Testing CA Update Problem

I have updated our DEMO CA Host system to 2008.399

My Client PC is running Comet 2008.399
Full install of current CA on my client pc connects fine to demo CA Host.
Install old version of CA from January 2009
Connect to CA Host demo, let it do CAUPDATE, (Says Remote 395, Host 397)
Update Finishes fine,
Then it looks to try to start and crashes with no REL Directory found.

Curious that the above shows references to Users\RBC do not really think it should be. They should all be Users\MIKE
