CAUpdate problem

I've also been having problem after CAUPDATE finishes when in then tries to start Comet Launcher and cannot find files. One time it was c:\comet\system32.ddl, after caupdate to a 2008.393 host, error comet launcher, could not find c:\comet\coshdll.dll
