Hi Greg. I don't know why the Z-order of the windows would be wrong unless there is an issue with the main Cosw window which is the parent window of both dialogs (yours and cwfont). You might run into a problem however if you've hidden the main (Cosw) window. You may end up with the parent of cwfont becoming the desktop instead of cosw and because Cosw is the active process it's child window (your dialog) may end up on top. Without more information I have nothing else to suggest.
