Comet Server Setup Move Error

When upgrading to new version of Comet Server I ...

1) Stop Comet Services. This puts a red "X" on the System Tray consoles

2) Run the latest Comet Server Setup version and get a "Move" error. See screenshot.

3) Only thing that works to get the setup to complete is to do a File/Exit and make the consoles go away.

Could #3 be done automajically in #1 or #2.
