Place the FileSrvUI.exe and SecSrvUI.exe shortcuts in the installing users StartUp folder instead of the All Users StartUp folder.

The way it is, after every server reboot, when I connect to a second session, the two programs try to run and I end up with "Pipe" errors and the display bogus consoles that I have to kill.
