Report Generator Options?

Would like to have my cake and eat it too. Can I use $FILES in the #Files definitions, and also use #CFILES and the .IBR files both being in the same directory? Seems that *REPORTS will execute both of them.

Problem exists when using *REPORT some of the options are not available and say can't find file SRW0100. Are there any work arounds
