Listview Control

In my program, I have a listview control from which I can click on a row, get a text value, and do some writing. My issue is that I want to change a text value in that very row that I had selected.

Now, I'm able to do this, but only when I click back on to the row. Is there a way to make it change without clicking on that row, and have it show?
