Here's a sample of a quote form done in Comet using "cooked" commands. The logo on the top left was plucked from the customers web site and saved as a gray scale GIF. I use the gray scale version for print and PDF. I made a B&W version for faxing. Other than that, the same program creates all three versions.
All this is based on Brian's original invoice example. Morped it into invoices, then orders, then quotes. Once you have a model that suits your style, it gets easier.
