Windows Server2003

A new customer loaded Windows Server 2003 on their network server. I remotely loaded Comet 2003 on it. The Security Server and license worked OK. When I tried to run Comet.exe /sysgen it gave me a message that it did not recognize the windows platform and ended. What do I need to do to solve this problem.
