One last stab at the upcoming Net Book revolution that's coming. Just read articles about MS Office 2010. As you can expect, it addresses cloud based computing in a big way. My clients have informed me they have strong reservations using accounting software over the cloud other than credit card processing. G/L, A/P, P/R, Inventory, Pricing, Physical Inventory, Sales Analysis, Purchase Orders all yuk, yuk!! If it's none of my business, why design all accounting software to post it to the world for me to review? To me, the only accounting apps for the cloud, worth while, are Order Entry and paying for it with a credit card. Please notice I've excluded non-accounting software such as as e-mail, U-tube, Twitter, GPS, etc. All of these are cloud based. Keep bumping into Mobile devices. What's everyone's take on tomorrows cloud environment? I've discussed a browser plug-in feature of Comet Anywhere to IE8 and FF with Jim.
