120.0.0.2 is a message code not an IP.

See the link.

I like mxtoolbox.com becase they have free tools that will check your my server (Exchange 2007) for relay and blacklist.

I've been using Small Business Server since NT4. It includes Exchange as part of the package and is tweaked to run on a single server box. This is the best value for me. I also belong to Microsofts Action Pack program. I pay an annual subscription and get ten copies or licenses fro everything I need and more. Server, SBS, Office, Vista, the works. Plus access to tech support forums not available to the public. Invites to local events. Good deal even for a one person office.

If you want to run a mail server in your current environment you'll need to add a 64bit box, install Server 2008 and then install Exchange 2007 or 2010 when available.

Alternatively, you could pick up a copy of SBS 2003 and run it on a 32bit box. I ran SBS 2003 on a used 1Ghz box for 5 years.

Don't know from Comcast. I have business class service from Cox cable. $65/mo for a fixed IP. Speed is about 1.2mbs. A bit faster than the T1 I shared at a prior location. If I need more speed I can pay more.
