The Barracuda list is a real pain; anyone using a Barracuda firewall (lots of people.. Diebold, UPS) bounce your mail when you're on the list.

I went through the removal process a couple months ago when we switched ISPs. I went through their website and used the feedback form to preach our non-spamminess, took a few days, but we were removed.
