We are seeing this on our Windows 2003 server as well. We also have gotten intermittent errors when booting the server and the comet services attempt to start. Stopping these services from starting automatically, and manually starting them ourselves solves the problem. Perhaps there is something ina recent Windows update that causes this.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
