Document Manager quirk

Running Comet in a maximized window (16 or 32) and load Document Manager. Click on CLOSE and the main Comet window reduces in size. If I keep repeating the process, the window keeps diminishing. Have noticed the same behaviour in Jim's window demo programmes. Win10 is OK and retains the window size, but Win11 and subsequent reduces the window on CLOSE.
Seems to work OK in a normal sized Comet window.
