This now works, I was able to maintain files with this, I think it's a good tool, good job Grant.
A few suggestions.
1. It's not clear that you have not written a record, I know you give a warning, but it would be nice to post a flag on the screen if you modfified a field and have not written it.
2. I think the prompt is backwards if you did not write the record, if you do a next without committing the data, I think it should prompt to write, not prompt to continue without writing (my 2 cents).
3. Is there a way to update the value in the screen dialog vs opening the new value window? If you are doing a lot of fields it would be great to just keep tabing to the next field.
4. Exit returns you to the monitor, but not to CMAINT, I would think an End vs. Exit would be nice.
I'll keep testing.
