We have a Dell 3110 color laser printer here in the office. My printers folder has two icons for this printer, DELL3110 and DELL3110cn417D9C-PS. In the Comet Indirect Printer dialog these are the first two printers listed, in that order, after (Default). My problem is that I cannot get DELL3110 to take as the printer. Every time I try to set the DELL3110 & click OK, when I call back up it has changed to the DELL3110cn417D9C-PS driver. The only way I can get it to accept & retain DELL3110 is to delete the other printer out of the printers folder. Even curiouser is the fact that I have two pdfFactory icons, pdfFactory and pdfFactoryD, that do behave properly when each is selected. Tests run on latest version of C2K8.
