a typical message in the documentation for IB/MTB (in this case from Overview of the FIle System):

"These are documented herein from an applications programming perspective, rather than an operating system perspective. For an operating system view of Comet data files, please refer to the Comet System Description manual."

Does the Comet System Description Manual reside online? If not, how can I refer to it?

I have some other questions about DABs, Partitions, Foreground/Background, and hope they would be covered as well.
