Actually, I did get some help from BCL Technologies. The have another version of their PDF print driver that is supposed to allow the suppression of the "Save As" dialog and the predetermination of the PDF file's name.
So far the "Save As" suppression works. I'm awaiting help from their Tech Support on the file name issue.
