The answer is Windows 2008 Server running VMWare or HyperV. This way you can devote one machine to run multiple operating systems. 2008 will run 2000 server as a VM and not interfere with you other VM running another OS. In fact you could also run SUSI Linux as one of the VM's on the same machine.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
