I guess is that if you don't need to do any games with fonts, etc. then format statements should be fine. I've done what Grant has suggested on programs that I converted to print on laser forms. But normally I just use the windows commands. Over the years, I've created a bunch of subroutines to make the programming easier to do. I guess the 'nicer result' is in the design of the actual form. Anyhow, if you need any examples, just let me know.
