I'm afraid I don't understand any of this, but I do know:
1) if you're going to include a link in a message you REALLY REALLY should put the link the "Optional Link URL" field, and
2) when the link is longer than your right arm, you should use TinyURL.Com or BIT.LY to shorten it.
