Since I installed Comet security 3.07 to run COMET 2000 (build 293) one remote client complains of dropped communications and that after the line has failed he cannot reconnect to a C/A session.
The main office reboots the C/A hosts and they are in business again.
The remote client will often leave an inquiry screen open and inactive for long periods of time. When he comes back, he says Comet does not respond.
This is NOT systematic and happens on a irregular but irritating basis.
Any clues as to what the problems might be ?
