Comet 2004 Set Up

I have set up with Brian's help the short cut "SetUp Comet NT Service " along with the Comet short cut "Comet". When I click on the Comet short cut I get the error message "Comet Launcher FAX1.dll -File Not Found and Comet 2004 does not run.
