bizarre phone call

I received a phone call from NY Max Coatings in the Bronx, NY that thinks they use PDF's Software. What I beleive they meant is that they use Comet. They think they bought the system 10 - 15 years ago from a guy named Herb.

Does anybody know a Comet Dealer from the NY area named Herb?

Does Signature Systems have a record of NY Max Coatings purchasing a Comet System.
