Well, I have to admit that just last week we had a case where one of the USB tokens appears to have gone bad. First one that I know of - but I guess that means it's possible. :-) In this case the owner was able to try a second spare plug in the same USB port which worked just fine. So... if you really think the plug is bad, we can set you up with a replacement. Any chance you have another one you can test in that machine to rule out the computer itself? If needed I can send you a demo certificate for another plug with the licenses you need for a test.
