I monitor my customers several ways. Via a mix of Remote Desktop, Comet and CAW.

Any specific mix depends on control the I have (if any) over my customer's server. Ranges from 100 to 0%. How CAW is hosted and firewall settings.

What would you like to do and how much "admin" authority do you have?
