My take on GetFormat/SetFormat is it might be some kind of a # buffer replacement/alternative.

I'd like to replace my old, old Customer Comments file (756 K 5) with one TXT file per customer (say C1234.TXT) I'd use InputFile to slurp the whole file in (upto 64k) and display it in a dialog and let the user type away. When the dialog is closed, I'd cram, with PrintFile, the whole works back into C1234.TXT.

Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
