DbMgr and image files

UTL version 10.00 eliminates a problem that could have turned off the image indicator for a file's definition in #CFILES. The release announcement contains more information. If you have image files defined in #CFILES you should definitely update your UTL release to version 10.00. If you notice that this has happened in your #CFILES contact me for assistance in correcting it.
