XP SP3.

It's slow everytime. Odd observation. The hourglass appears and at 15 seconds the "File" tool bar is blanked out 2/3 rds of the time. At 30 seconds it's refreshed and the Printer dialog finally appears.

After the first 30 second wait. If I press "ESC" to close the dialog and quickly click File/Print, sometimes the dialog will appear promptly. 1/2 the time.

Is this a COSP function? Related to the other COSP postings?
