Thanks, Mark. I also had this happen just yesterday. To resolve it, I had to set CA options to ignore COSP.exe and then restored the quarantined version and all is running fine. I do have CA set to real time checking. Perhaps if you are just doing a daily scan your COSP will be quarantined again.
