MSGBOX font size

As my customers keep byting larger monitors (24" is the biggest so far) I'm finding that the MSGBOX's from Comet are becomming postage stamp sized.

The only way to change the size is thru Control Panel.

Vista:
Control Panel
Display Properies
Open Classic Applearance (a hyperlink at the bottom)
Advanced
In the Item list select MessageBox and set the font size you want.

XP:
Control Panel
Display Properties
Appearance
Advanced
In the Item list select MessageBox and set the font size you want.

It safest if you select MessageBox from the list. I found that you can click.

On my 1920x1200 laptop. The default size of 9 gives a box that's 3.2" wide; at size 16, the box is 5.2": and at 20, the box is 6.5".

A font size of 12 would probably be goood for a 1440 monitor.

Caveat, You can also change the font size of the Title Bar too. But, that will make the title bar taller, that shinks the area available for your dialogs. Suddenly, my Comet dialogs that fit the dialog area now aquired side and bottom sliders. At this point I don't want to go back to Visual Studio and resize all my dialogs to accomodate the bigger Title bar.

Comet Wish List - the setting appears to be buried in the registry but not where I could find it. Maybe one of the brains at SSI can find it and make the change for us when Comet starts. Because of the MSGBOX annoyances, there is an IE based clone I've seen mentioned on Google. Maybe a switch?
