Wallpaper color

A few of my customers are stuck in DOS colors and I want to get them over to Windows colors. They want to keep the T00 = Blue, T01 = red, etc color scheme they've been using since their first QTERM.

(WallPaperColor = r,g,b) seems to be what I want, but I lose my background. See screen shot.

Any ideas?
