Asking for an IB statement

SWAP is such a limited statement. Both limited in the times you might use it and so easy to implement in your own code that I am motivated to ask for a new statement.
I want CEILING. We have FLOOR only we call it INT, so to complete the suite we need CEILING. See Excel for the complete explanation of CEILING.
I was asked to print "Page x of y pages" on an invoice. Even Qantels could print page number. Now, how to get y?
Ceiling(lines_this_invoice/lines_per_page)
