Mouse and Window Focus

I just found this Win 7 option and I think it is cool and useful.

Buried in Control Panel / Ease of Use is an option to "Activate a window by hovering over it with the mouse." I have a dual monitor setup and this makes it really easy to switch between monitors.

The easiest way to get to this setting is to type "mouse works" in the search block.

It takes some getting used to, but I'm getting used to it!
