Today I installed the ue16 upgrade from ue15. Everything went well and all of my commends seem to be intact.

By the way... I did NOT do anything like re-install the comet stuff; it was preserved for me by UE.

Make sure your comet Start up settings are correct. Go to the menu item "advanced/comet Startup Settings".
