I'm adding a new field to the Vendor Master for all of my customers. procedure is like ...
1) Change the #FILES/#CFILES dictionary and build a new ^V1.INC file.
2) Using a personal utility, build a PRJ file of all the program using ^V1.INC.
3) In UE, open the PRJ file and do a mass compile.
4) Run CometEx open the DIR, click Type twice. This puts the SEQ files right where I can see the failed compiles. I delete the SEQ files and leave the scrren as is.
5) I return to IE and make corrections and recompile.
6) Then I proceed with the individual programs that need additional coding and compile.
So far it been in step 6 when things go wrong.
I get two of the "Out of Memory" messages. A few seconds apart. And the CometEx icon in the task bar gets a red shade.
The old list of files has disappered so it looks like the problem is in the refresh.
I can close CometEx and restart without any problem. I hope.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
