Ok, if I run it in non/32 mode I get a window that pops upand says no security server found.
Maybe some tcp/ip issue ?
the other day my pc gave a mesage about my ip address already being in use on the sysytem, Megan was using the laptop upstairs and it may have had a fixed Ip address in it, which may be in the range taht W& is assigning , which I haven't learnt anything about as yet. I struggle to find some of those old familiar menus on W7.
I will blunder onwards.
The last time I remember using Comet was just before Barb sent me the email about Comet Connect now being /32, which I ran and it downloaded stuff to my PC, I probably then went on to Comet and downloaded whatever version was relevant.
