UE - can't compile

Some days are just worse than others.
Now I can't compile, UE chugs foe a while and then comes up with a box taht says Comet Timeout Error
The startup program fhas determined that the Comet core module may not be functioning properly.
Doesn't matter if I start Comet orr UE starts comet - same message.
Not sure where to look for this one.
