CosP and older versions of Windows

We've had a couple of reports of a runtime error indicating that a required Microsoft .dll was not available to CosP. The .dll is GdiPlus.dll. This is released as part of XP. For older versions of Windows you'll need to download it from Microsoft. Follow the link below and look under "Run-time requirements".
