I expected you to mention the editmasks. I recall we have discussed this before. Do you really want to have to specify the editmask for each field in a PRINT statement? As Robert said, you can opt to not use the feature. Or, if you need it for certain reports why not define duplicate fieldnames. One version has an editmask, the other version doesn't. This way you can write a report either with or without the editmasks. I think most people will want the backward compatibility of having them in the dictionary. If I'm wrong, folks, please speak out!!

Aside from that, Steve, what did you think of the grid-like presentation? We're looking for UI design ideas so we can move forward. DbMgr, which was written for setting up ViewMgr, desperately needs to be replaced and updated.
