BitMap printing woes...>

My problem is in printing out graphic images on a Windows form ( #CForm ). I've received an image in both .jpg and .png form. The image is 300dpi and appr 1.5" by 5.5", black & white, a typical letterhead. If I take this image and drop it into MSWord and print it out it is crisp & sharp and fits the measurements exactly. I've tried everything in terms of the variables that can be used with (DrawBitMap) and the closest I can come to generating a correctly-sized image is to use BMR.SCALE with 400,400 scaling. The result is a very poorly rendered image with jagged edges and unreadable address. This is not a new problem, I've had it occur all along and I typically get around it by either using fonts to reproduce the image or I request different-sized images that scale better. On this one I'm working with a graphics designer who is "re-branding" my account's "image" and he's already questioning my request for a different sized image. And I don't have a real good response for him. So my question is this: What do I have to do to generate the image they provided as is? I'll attach a copy of the image and I'd appreciate any & all insight on how to go about this. Thanks in advance, Tom.
