Here's some screens.

1) ProjMgr launched from UE.

2-4) steps to build a project (PRJ) file.

5) In UE, you open the project.

Found that the file selection process, Ctrl Click, on 50-100 files was very slow and painful. So, I dumped out a PRJ file that ProjMgr had created and used that to write an IB program that would do all the work for me.

I could then go to UE and open my PRJ file and get to work.
