Part 2.

1) Upon opening my project I'd get screen 1 where I could select some, none, or all programs for UE to open.

2) Then I'd see screen 2. In this case with no open programs.

3) I could then select a program or programs for modification or compilation. The Compile Project would compile the entire project regardless of any open programs.

What appears to be broken is that UE15 doesn't seem to recognize a ProjMgr PRJ file.

testprj.prj is a PRJ built using UE15's "new project" tools. stripend.prj is a PRJ built by me that works in UE9.
