Thanks to Ben at UltraEdit, I now have my PRJ format information. I'll be writing a new version of my NEWPRJ.IBS program and posting it up.
The Vista Biz PC, that didn't have UE, is now on Ver 16. Took a while to get all the customizations redone but its working. My Vista Ultimate, that had Ver 9, has also been upgraded to Ver 16. All well there too. Jim's latest instuctions for are helpful but a fresh install and a has very different paths from an over-the-top install.

Here's a useful tip from UltraEdit that changes the font and size of the Output Window, Function List, Tag List etc.
Under the [Settings] section of the ini file add the following:
Extra Windows Font=Tahoma
Extra Windows Font Height=13

I used Lucida Console and 14 so that the Output Window would line up properly. Odd thing is that the font and size changes but not to the same size as in the Open File edit area. And not quite the same size in every list.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
