Look at lfEscapement$ in GDI.IBS. This is done to a screen but should be the same for printers too. It's in LogFont.Ibs too.

You could also switch from Portrait to Landscape and do the "sideways" print if a 90 degree rotation works. If you have to do 270 degress then lfEscapement$ looks like the way.
