We are working on several interesting additions to Comet32 that I thought I might share with you.
1. XAP is almost complete. There are several differences between the c16 version and the c32 version.
x The whole page is sent out when the driver is closed. This means that you may set a cookie anytime you are generating a page.
x There is NO COMMON handling in the new XAP. You must use your own cookies to retain persistence.
x If the URL is not found, it is assumed to be a static page/image etc and comet will serve it automatically. No need for the webserve program.
2. We are working on a major enhancement to the encryption features of comet. You will be able to encrypt/decrypt using the best methods known today including AES and triple DES. More on that later.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
