Forget that this once worked. It doesn't now.

Copyfile with flag = 64 (synchronize)

Error copying JPGFile$
$(CATools)\InvoiceDisclaimer2.jpg this is from
$(CATools)\InvoiceDisclaimer2.jpg this is to
FuncError= 22 Destination file error (see suberrors)
FileError= 5 Access denied

FileError= 5 Access denied
